West News January 23, 2003 Juanita Faye Grmela, age 65, died Friday, January 17, 2003, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. The funeral was held at 2 pm Tuesday at Carriage House Chapel, Burial followed at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville. Visitation was from 6 to 8 pm Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Vitas Hospice Charitable Fund, 2501 Parkview #600, Fort Worth, Texas 76102. Juanita was preceded in death by her brothers, Clyde “Mutt” Scott, Wendall “Jiggs” Scott and Donald “Joe” Scott; sister Corene Shockley, Opal Jones and Ann Jones; and dear friend Giselle Harriss. Juanita will be missed by her loving family, husband, Daniel Grmela; daughters, Cindy Rose and husband Doug, and Wendy Davis and husband, Jackie; grandsons, Justin Rose and Travis Rose; sister, Donna Wesberry and husband, Tommy; dear friend, Mary Warren; six nieces; five nephews; a host of great-nieces and nephews; and her dog, Penny.
