Anton Hajek, a middle aged farmer only about 40 years of age, died at his home near Scott School in the Flatonia section Thursday night.

Deceased was a good farmer and a fine neighbor, holding the respect and love of all who knew him.

The remains were laid to rest in the Praha Cemetery Saturday afternoon, Father Neubert officiating

He is survived by his wife and one child.
