Gonzales -- Annie Knesek Hall, 93, died Thursday, March 7, 2002.

She was born Jan. 14, 1909, in Gonzales County, to the late Emil Frank and Anna Kuban Knesek. She was homemaker, rancher and member of Clark Baptist Church.

Survivors: daughters, Joyce Ann Soefje of Leesville, TX, Shirley G. Conner of Austin and Thenia Raney of Scottsdale, Ariz.; son, Cecil Clyde Hall of Luling; sisters, Kay Howard of Canyon Lake and Mary Robbinson of George West; brother, Ed. Knesek of Freer; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: husband, Willie Cecil "Slim" Hall; two sisters; three brothers; and parents.

Family visitation will be 10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. at Seydler-Hill Funeral Home chapel. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Gonzales Memorial Park.
