Fayette County Record Nov. 6, 1998 Abstract of Obituary. Funeral services for Lawrence Kainer, 57 of Sealy were held Nov. 4 in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Sealy, with Rev. Joseph Limanni celebrating the funeral mass and Rite of Committal. Interment was in the church cemetery in Sealy. Mr. Kainer died Nov. 2 in Sealy. He was born July 21, 1941 in Weimar, son of Alfred J. and Frances C. (Skutca) Kainer. He was raised in Weimar. On May 4, 1963 he married Patricia Schroeder in Windthorst. Mr. Kainer was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Patty Kainer, of Sealy; daughters, Sara Kainer and Allison Kainer of Sealy, Annette and husband Leslie Little of Burton, Lori and husband Dennis Gruwell of New Braunfels; sons Justin Kainer, Jason Kainer, John Kainer and wife Liz, all of Sealy, and James Kainer and wife, Erin of Shreveprot, LA; sisters, Sylvia and husband Larry Ripper of LaGrange and Georgia and husband Paul Haring of Annandal, VA; and brothers, Frank and wife, Genie Kainer of Weimar: grandchildren, Lauren Kainer, and Lucas and Tanner Little; his mother-in-law, Lucille Schroder. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Frances Kainer. Funeral services were under the direction of Knesek Bros. Funeral Chapel in Sealy.
