Victoria Advocate June 8, 2002 La Grange - Angelina A. Cerny Kalina, 86, of La Grange, died Friday, June 7, 2002. She was born July 6, 1915, in Praha, to the late Lukas Cerny and Angelina Vanek. She was a homemaker and a Catholic. Survivors: daughters, Henrietta Moeller of Flatonia and Mildred Hrachovy of La Grange; sons, Bernard Kalina and Patrick Kalina, both of La Grange, Claude Kalina of Shiner, Jerome Kalina of Praha and Marvin Kalina of Georgetown; 23 grandchildren; and 31 great- grandchildren. Preceded in death by: husband, Vaclav "Jim" Kalina; sister, Marie Bell; and parents. Visitation will begin after 5 p.m. today at Smith Funeral Home chapel. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home chapel. Services will be 9:30 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in La Grange. Burial will be at Praha Catholic Cemetery.
