Victoria Advocate Bay City - Tillie Marie Kalinec, 81, of Bay City, died Sunday, March 6, 2005. She was born Dec. 13, 1923, in El Campo, to the late Frank and Louise Pavlichek Cerny. She was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church and attended Pica School. Survivors: daughters, Marie Dalton of Houston and Ann Johnson of Bay City; sons, Lawrence Kalinec, Jay Kalinec of Wadsworth, Tx, and Henry Kalinec, Jr. of Van Vleck, Tx; sisters: Martha Macek of Edna, Lillie Williams of El Campo, Evelyn Burrow of Bay City, Rosemary Boatwright of West Columbia, and Millie Williams; and 2 grandchildren. Preceded in death by: Henry Kalinec. Visitation will begin at noon today at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home chapel. A rosary will be recited 7 p.m. tonight at the funeral home. Services will be 4 p.m. Wednesday at Holy Cross Catholic Church, the Rev. Casey Jarzombek officiating. Burial will be at Cedarvale Cemetery. Taylor Bros. Funeral Home, Bay City 979-245-4613.
