Florian Macha Dead

The remains of Florian Macha were laid to rest in the City cemetery Saturday forenoon. The deceased died Thursday noon after having suffered internal injuries from a fall from a horse September 5.

Judge E. J. Motis delivered the oration at the grave. The following survive deceased: Risie (sic), his wife, three sons, John, Joe and Florian, and five daughters, Mesdames Mary Michna, Agnes Doubrava, Rosie Wallek, Amalie Key and Louis Kalich, and a sister, Mrs. Agnes Doubrava.

Deceased was in his sixty-second year, and was a prosperous ranchman five miles below Straton. --Yoakum Herald

Florian Macha was a brother of Mr. Joe Macha of our town, who passed away about one year ago. Florian was a good, hard-working farmer and stockman and well liked by all.
