Frank Machu of 403 Thorndale Road died early today at his home at the age of 76 years. He was born December 21, 1889 in Granger, was a retired farmer and lived in Taylor for the past five years.

Mr. Machu was a member of the Brethren Church and the SPJST Lodge.

Surviving are: one sister, Mrs. Albina Spacil of Austin, five brothers, Raymond Machu, John Machu and Ed Machu of Taylor, Joe Machu of San Antonio and Emil Machu of Austin, and a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Paul

Funeral services will be held at 2pm Sunday in the Condra Memorial Chapel. The Rev. Josef A. Barton will officiate with burial in the Taylor City Cemetery.

Nephews will serve as pall-bearers.
