Abstract of Obituary.

Funeral services for Hulda K. Nakunz, 92, of Smithville were held July 5 at St Michael's Lutheran Church in Winchester. Burial followed in the church cemetery. The Rev Henry Wied officiated.

She died July 2 at her home. She was born Feb 20, 1908, the daughter of, Wilhelm F and Theresia (Krautz) Nakunz.

She had worked at the 7 Up company in Smithville as a bookkeeper and Yeager Hill and Son Dry Good Dept. Store as a bookkeeper.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Lillie Fritsche, Esther Hester, Clara Bolenbarker, and brothers, Martin Nakunz and Rubin Nakunz.

Survivors include 1 niece, Eleanor Mutschink of Smithville; 4 nephews, Melvin Fritsche and wife Marian of Winchester, Ivan Fritsche and wife Nancy of Bastrop, Stanley Fritsche and wife Carolyn of La Grange and Martin W Nakunz and wife Bobbie of Cal; 10 great-nieces and 1 great-nephew.
