Funeral services for Garry William Noack, 43, of Giddings were held Monday, June 24 [2002] at 10 a.m. at St. Margaret's Catholic Church in Giddings. Burial was in the Giddings City Cemetery. The Rev. Albert Ruiz officiated. Noack died Thursday, June 20 [2002] at the Fayette Power Project in La Grange. Born Aug. 7, 1958 in Ganado, he was the son of Clarence and Irene (Berger) Noack. He married Theresa Prihoda on Oct. 7, 1978. He was a maintenance mechanic for LCRA for 23 years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, former Little League coach and participated with Lee County 4-H Club. Survivors include his wife, Theresa Noack of Giddings; two sons, Bradley Noack and special friends Dana and Anthony and Byron Noack, all of Giddings; parents, Clarence and Irene Noack of Giddings; one sister, Bertha Walch and husband Arthur of Houston; one brother, Glenn Noack and wife Caroline of Giddings; mother-in-law, Mary Lee Prihoda of Giddings; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Patrick and Jennifer Prihoda of La Grange; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Delbert and Judy Zoch of Warda; nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Barbara Zoch in 1984; and father-in-law, Joe Prihoda. Phillips and Luckey Funeral Home of Giddings was in charge of arrangements.
