Burial will be in the La Grange City Cemetery. The Rev. John Peters and the Rev. Msgr. Harry Mazurkiewicz will officiate. O'Neill died April 20 [2002] in the Columbus Hospital. He was born June 17, 1919 in Englewood, N.J. He married Gladys Ann (Gail) Trlicek Aug. 17, 1981 in La Grange. He was a retired office manager with Chevron Oil Co., member of Sacred Heart Church in Hallettsville and served in the U.S. Army during World War II in the Aleutian Islands. Survivors include his wife, Gladys (Gail) O'Neill of Sheridan; one daughter, Kathleen Gibbs and husband Tom of Combine; one son, Anthony (Tony) O'Neill II and wife Margie of Baytown; stepson, Kelly Dozier and wife Donna of Sugar Land; two brothers, John O'Neill and wife Audrey of California and Charley O'Neill of New Jersey; sisters-in-law, Dottie Adams and husband Chris of La Grange; Mickey Oeding and husband Del of La Grange, Clara Justice of Kentucky and Linda Hobratschk and husband Harvey of La Grange; six grandchildren, Patrick, Kevin and Sean O'Neill and Zachary, Seth and Merideth Gibbs. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister-in-law, Mary. Koenig & Strickland Funeral Home of La Grange was in charge of
