Abstract of Obituary.

 
Funeral services for Eddie Adolph Orsak were held Tues. Nov 9 at 10 am at St Joseph's Catholic Church in Baytown with the Rev Bill Oliver officiating.

Burial was in the White Cemetery in Highlands.

Mr. Orsak died Mon, Nov 6. He was born Feb 11, 1930 in Fayetteville, the son of Vince and Frances (Fojt) Orsak.

He worked for Exxon as a technician/operator in their rubber plant and retired in 1986 after 34 years of service. He served in the US Army. He was a member of the American Legion Post #521, KJZT, SPJST Lodge # 51 and the Knights of Columbus.

Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Margaret Orsak of Baytown; daughters and sons-in-law, Patty McBride and husband Steve of Baytown, Betty Minter and husband Gary of Houston, Nancy Loman and husband Rick of Baytown and Judy Orsak of Humble; sons, Edward Orsak of Baytown and Steve Orsak of Baytown, 3 sisters, Bernice Kovalcik of Baytown, Leona Kristoff of La Grange and Evelyn Ilso of Ellinger; sister-in-law, Edna Lee Orsak of Ellinger; 9 grandchildren, Margaret, Russell and Wendy Minter, Jason and Jaime McBride, Katy and Lindsey Loman, Clint and Cody Orsak, and special caregiver, Lucy Martinez, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Vince and Frances Orsak; 2 brothers, C J Orsak and Jim Orsak and special caregiver, George Winn.

Sterling White Chapel of Baytown was in charge of arrangements.
