Jerry Orsak, 76, of San Angelo died Wednesday, Dec. 4, 1996, in Big Spring.

Military graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 6, in Belvedere Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Johnson's Funeral Home.

Mr. Orsak was born April 24, 1920, in St. John, Texas, to Jim and Emma Olsovsky Orsak. They both preceded him in death. Mr. Orsak was a retired tech sergeant in the Air Force after 26 years of service.

Survivors include two sisters and their husbands, Frances and Garner Thomason and Edith and Jessie Hudec, all of San Angelo; five brothers, Alfonse Orsak of Mabank, Texas, Juluis Orsak and wife, Elizabeth, Willie Orsak, Raymond Orsak and wife, Betty, all of San Angelo, and Alfred Orsak of Virginia Beach, Va.; seven nieces; five nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
