Flatonia -- Frankie Eugene Pargac, 77, of Flatonia, died Friday, June 1, 2001.

He was born Jan. 3, 1924, in Moravia, to the late Frank and Emilie Cepica Pargac. He was a member of K.J.T. and Farm Bureau. He was a retired maintenance man for the public schools and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Flatonia.

Survivors: wife, Dorothy Walla Pargac; daughter, Carolyn Wilson of Brenham; son, Frank Edward Pargac of Houston; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: infant daughter, Norma Jean Pargac; parents; four sisters; and two brothers.

A rosary will be recited 7 p.m. Monday at Smith Funeral Home chapel in Flatonia.Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, the Rev. Charles B. Carolan officiating.Burial will be at Moravia Catholic Cemetery.
