Mrs. David (Johnelene Norris) Pavlas Sr., 53, of Shiner, died Wednesday, Sept. 26, 1984, in Atlanta, Ga., while visiting her mother.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2, at Campbell Funeral Home in Eureka, Kan., with burial in Twin Groves Cemetery in Eureka.

Surviving are her husband, David Pavlas of Shiner; her mother, Mrs. Emma Norris of Atlanta; three daughters, Mrs. Dava Carnes of Tyler, Mrs. Elizabeth Smith of Missouri, Mrs. Cathy Cole of Colorado; a son, David Pavlas Jr. of Houston; a sister, Mrs. Stan Eason of Atlanta; a brother, John Norris Jr. of California; and two grandchildren.
