She married Bedrich W Pavlicek on Nov 25, 1920 in St John's Catholic Church in Bomarton. She moved to Baylor Co. in 1906. She was a homemaker and a substitute rural mail carrier. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, the Catholic Family Fraternal of Texas, WW I Auxiliary, Seymour Hospital Auxiliary and SPJST. She loved music and was a concert pianist and violinist. She was also a drummer with the Bomarton Czech Band. She was preceded in death by her husband on Jan 9, 1982. Christian Wake services were held on Sunday, November 12, at 7 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 13, at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Reverend Richard Eldredge officiating. Burial was in St. John's Catholic Cemetery in Bomarton, Texas, under the direction of Archer Funeral Home of Seymour. Hermina "Hattie" Pavlicek was born July 16, 1899, in West, Texas. She moved to Baylor County in 1906. She and Bedrich W. Pavlicek were married November 25, 1920, in St. John's Catholic Church in Bomarton. He preceded her in death on January 9, 1982. Hattie was a homemaker and a substitute rural mail carrier. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, the Catholic Family Fraternal of Texas where she was an officer for 59 years, WWI Auxiliary, Seymour Hospital Auxiliary and SPJST. Hattie loved music and was a concert pianist and violinist. She was also a drummer with the Bomarton Czech band and served as choir leader at Bomarton St. John Catholic Church for 56 years. She attended Bomarton High School where she played basketball in 1916 and 1917. She is survived by one daughter, Pat Coker, and her husband, Tom, of Seymour; one son, Bedrich W. Pavlicek, Jr., and his wife, Catherine, of Colleyville, Texas; six grandchildren, Bedrich W. (Rick) Pavlicek, III and wife, Jeanne, of Concord, California, Belinda Middendorf and husband, Robert, of Grapevine, Texas, Charles Lawrence and wife, Susie, of Wichita Falls, Texas, Chris Lawrence of Seymour, Craig Lawrence and wife, Sherri, of Vernon, Texas, and Chad Lawrence of Seymour; nine great-grandchildren, Hanna Middendorf, Becky Hunter, Chrissy Lawrence, Casey Lawrence, Cole Lawrence, Brad Lawrence, Marca Lawrence, Bryson Lawrence and Stormie Lawrence.
