Julius F. Pavlicek, 72, died Wednesday, May 12, 1999.

He honorably served his nation during WWII. Member of the American Legion, Post #586. Member of the Veteran's of Foreign Wars, #581.

He is survived by his wife, Marie Pavlicek; his children, Lisa Pavlicek, Greg Pavlicek, Janice Dearman, and Cynthia Chandler; stepchildren, Robert Kercho, and Cathy Lee; twelve grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Stella Valenta; and brother, Jim Pavlicek.

Visitation begin at 1:00 pm, followed by a Parish Rosary at 7:00 pm, Friday, May 14, 1999. Funeral Mass: 10:00 am Saturday, May 15, 1999 at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Church, 306 S. Avenue F, Shiner, Texas, with Rev. Jerad Cernoch, Celebrant.

Interment will follow at Shiner Catholic Cemetery, Shiner, Texas.
