Final Rites For Frank Pavlik Sr., 78 Held Saturday Funeral services for Frank Pavlik Sr., 78 years old retired farmer, were held from Hubbard Funeral Home Saturday, Msgr. Anthony F. Drozd officiating. Interment was in St. Michael's Cemetery. Mr. Pavlik, who made his home with his son-in-law and daugher Mr. and Mrs. Adolf A. Berger, Jr. died there Wednesday evening at 7:10 o'clock after being confined to his bed for 14 months. Born August 15, 1872, in Austria, he was the son of the late John and Anna Pavlik. He came to this country at the age of 14 and settled first in the Swiss Alp area. On January 23, 1894, he married Miss Anna Wanjura, and they settled near Weimar, where they lived every since. Mr. Pavlik was a member of St. Michael's Church and St. Joseph's Society. Surviving in addition to his widow are two daughters, Mrs. Adolf A. Berger, Jr., and Mrs. Otto Ulrich, both of Weimar; five sons, Ernest, Frank, Charlie,and Joe of Weimar, and Adolf of Schulenburg; a brother, Alois Pavlik of Weimar; and nineteen grandchildren. Three daughters died in infancy. Pallbearers included three grandsons, Edwin Berger, Lawrence and Werner Pavlik; and three nephews, Albert Ripper, Fred Wanjuar and Herman Pavlik.
