Flatonia - Mrs. Emil Pechacek, nee Sue Cunningham, of Flatonia die dSaturday, July 11, 1981 in a Weimar hospital after a long illness, reaching the age of 67 years, 10 months and 18 days.

Memorial services were held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 14 at the Sacred Heart Church in Flatonia.

She was born August 13, 1913 in Port Lavaca.

She was a kind and generous person and it is believed that is the reason she joined "The Living Bank" and donated her body to the Medical School of The University of Texas.

Surviving are her husband, Emil Pechacek of Flatonia and her mother, Mrs. Myrtle Cunningham of Wharton.

In lieu of usual remembrances, donations may be made to the American Cancer Research Society.
