Vlasta (Pat) Pechacek died April 21, 1992, after a valiant battle with breast cancer.

Preceded in death by her sister, Betty Bronikowski.

Survived by husband, Hilbert Pechacek; children, Patricia Morrison and husband Jimmy, Gary Pechacek and wife Juana, Linda Pechacek, Larry Pechacek and wife Theresa, Kim Ibarra and husband Fred; eight grandchildren; sisters Annie Holub, Janie York and husband Harold; brother Joe Prochazka and wife Alice.

Rosary will be recited 7:00 P.M., Thursday, at Earthman Hunters Creek Chapel. Funeral mass, 10:00 A.M., Friday, April 24, 1992, St. Theresa Catholic Church, 6622 Haskell Street, Rev. Benjamin Smaistrla, celebrant. Rite of committal, Forest Park Westheimer Calvary Cemetery.

Pallbearers: Benny Bronikowski, Stan Prochazka, John Holub, Harold York, Jr., Ronald Pechacek, Melvin Pechacek, Jr.
