Vivian Sabrsula, 76, of Smithville died in Austin. Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Marrs-Jones Funeral Home. Urial was in the Oak Hill Cemetery in Smithville with full military honors.

Born in Wharton County Nov. 16, 1921, he was the son of Walter and Sephoronia (Moore) Sabrsula.

Survivors include two brothers, Jack Sabrsula of Smithville and John Sabrsula of LaGrange; four sisters, Mildred Laurine of Gonzales, Minnie Meyer of LaGrange, Betty Reed of Corpus Christi and Betty Stal of LaGrange.

He was preceded in death by a son, Charles.

Marrs-Jones Funeral Hom of Smithville was in charge of arrangements.
