Larry Wayne Schatz, 54, of Round Rock, passed away Sunday Dec. 16, 2001.

Graveside services and interment will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Waco Memorial Park with the Rev. Drew Wilson officiating.

Survivors include wife Patricia Ann Schatz of Round Rock; son, Michael Goodwin of Cedar Park; daughter Michelle Billet of Austin; four grandchildren; mother, Eunice Schatz of Waco; brother Robert Schatz of Waco and sister Shirley Kitchens of Trophy Club, Texas.

In lieu of flowers Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, 1311 N. New Rd., Waco, Tx 76710
