Fayette County Record Section A, page 10 Dec 4,2001 Funeral services for Norbert Schramm, 71, of Warrenton were held Fri Nov 30 2001 at St. John's Catholic Church in Fayetteville. Burial was in the St. John's Catholic Cemetery. Rev. Msgr. Ben Mazurkiewicz officiated. Shramm died Wed Nov 28 at his home. Born June 26 1930 in Shelby, he ws the son of Willie C. and Ella Andreas Schramm. He married Nole Martinek May 31 1951 in Fayetteville. He was a supervisor/buyer for Brenham Wholesale Grocery. He was a member of St. John's Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife, Nole Schramm of Warrenton; one daughter, Arleen McCarthy and husband Daniel of Cedar Creek; brother, Frank Schramm and wife Marie of Shelby; three sisters, Lorine Holub and husband Thomas of Weimar, Ruby Dudensing and husband Edgar of New Ulm, and Ida Weber and husband Olin of Houston; four sisters-in-law, Emma Schramm of Bleiberville, Doris Schramm of New Ulm, Olivia Schramm of Austin County, and Mabel Schramm of Carmine; and three grandchildren, Kevin Andrew, Christi Danielle, and Matthew Colton. He was preceded in death by his parents; five brothers, Herbert, Leroy, Andrew, Lawrence, and Waldemar; three sisters, Aliza, Roxie and Esther Schramm; and two brothers-in-law, Ernst Klaus and Paul Laacke. Sergeant Memorial Fuenral Home of La Grange was in charge of arrangements.
