Waco Tribune Herald Saturday March 2, 2002 Olivia Schwank, 86, of Lorena, died Friday march 1, 2002 at her residence. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, March 4 at First Baptist Church of Lorena with the Rev. Mike Patterson and the Rev. Bill Scheibler officiating. Burial will follow at Cottonwood Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday March 3 at Wilkerson-Hatch-Bailey 6101 Bosque Blvd. Mrs. Schwank was born June 7, 1915 in Cottonwood, Texas to Rudolph Carl and Sadie Wooley Guderian. She married Roy H. Schwank Dec. 26, 1938. He preceded her in death Feb. 6, 1997. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Marilyn Schwank, FEb. 16, 1999. She graduated with honors from Baylor University, class of 1936. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Lorena and taught the Friendship Sunday School Class for many years. She was a retired schoolteacher who taught all four of her own children at Lorena ISD. She was referred to as "The Teacher" by one lifelong friend. The family would like to thank her friends for all the prayers and cards. Also, thank you to Scott & White Hospice for their ever present care and help. Mrs. Schwank was a godly saint who served the Lord and witnessed for Him her entire life. Survivors include her daughter, Beverly Freeman of Sachse; sons, Ronald Schwank of Lorena and Don Schwank of Brazoria; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and brother, J.K. Guderian of Lorena. Pall bearers will be Chris Youngkin, Ben Schwank, Bob Schwank, Darrell Smith,
