Victoria Advocate May 31, 2002 She was born April 22, 1947 in Rosenberg, Tx. To the late Elijah Louis and Irene Michalec Coker. She is survived by her husband, Marvin Talasek of Matagorda, daughters and son in laws; Kristi and Jean Miller of Bay City, Kimberly Talasek of Bay City, Carol and Billy Gibbs of Rosenberg. Grandchildren, Hailey Talasek, Kelly, Isbell, Brian, Kevin, Kyle Gibbs. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday June 1, 2002 at Taylor. Bros. Funeral Home with Rev. Charles H. Teykl officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park. Pallbearers include Mark Talasek, Mike Talasek, Pete Talasek, Keith Bowels, Jonathan Talasek, and Ted Portier. Honorary pallbearers include, Bill Rawlings, John Rawlings, Dennis Sbrusch, Randy Michalec, Mike Michalec, and Larry Silhavy.
