Funeral services for Clinton A. Taylor, Sr., 84, of LaGrange were held Sept. 28 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Hostyn. Rev. Msgr. Stanley Petru officiated. Burial in Hostyn Church Cemetery.

Mr. Taylor died Sept. 25, LaGrange. Born June 16,1914 at their residence in Riverside Addition near La Grange. Mr. Taylor was the son of the late Albert and Agnes (Frohnapfel) Taylor. He was united in marriage with Martha Kubecka on Nov. 19, 1935 at Sts. Peter and Paul catholic Church in Plum. He was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Hostyn.

Surviving are his wife of nearly 63 years, Martha Taylor of LaGrange; three sons and two daughters-in-law, John Taylor Sr. of Austin, Clinton Jr. and Jo Nell Taylor of LaGrange, Walter Lee and Janice Taylor of San Antonio; one half-brother an two half-sisters-in-law, Howard and Minnie Taylor of LaGrange and Pauline Taylor of Austin; two brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law, Agnes Walla of Plum, Alfred Kubecka of Plum and Lawrence and Pearl Kubecka of Goleta, CA; six grandchildren and their spouses, Clinton Taylor III, Stephen and Jerri Ann Taylor of LaGrange, John Taylor Jr. of Austin, James and Rosario Taylor of Pt Isabel, Deanna and John bird of Allen, Donna and Ted Rudolph of The Woodlands; 12 great-grandchildren, Clinton Taylor IV, Jay and Jamie Taylor of LaGrange, Cassondra and Christina Bird of Allen, Megan and Jordan Taylor of Austin, Tiffany Taylor and James Taylor Jr. of Pt Isabel, Ashley, Andrew and Elizabeth Rudolph of The Woodlands.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Agnes (Frohnapfel) Taylor and one half-brother, Lloyd Taylor of Austin.
