Sweet Home - Julia Tomek, 93, of Sweet Home, died Tuesday, June 24, 2003.

She was born April 12, 1910, in Sweet Home, to the late John and Aloisa Kutac Kubos. She was a homemaker, a Catholic and a member of the KJZT.

Preceded in death by: husband, Emil Tomek; and parents.

A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. tonight at Buffington Funeral Home chapel.

Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Sweet Home, the Rev. Charles Sonnier officiating.

Burial will be at Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery. Buffington Funeral Home, Shiner, 361-594-3352.

Memorials: donor's choice.
