Houston Chronicle 6/2/2002 She was born in Moulton, Texas of immigrant parents from Czechoslovakia. Mrs. Tousek was preceded in death by her husband, John Tousek; three sisters; and three brothers. She is survived by her daughter, Dolores Von Bieberstein and husband, Paul; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. on Monday, June 3, 2002, in the Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00a.m. on Tuesday, June 4, 2002, in the Forest Park Lawndale Family Chapel. Interment will follow in the Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery. In lieu of Flowers donations may be made in her name to the Vitas
