TREZIE (CERNOTA) TRLICA

 

Funeral services for Mrs. Trezie Trlica, 62, who died here Saturday, June 17, were held at the family residence in Olmos, Monday , June 19, Rev. Jos. Barton officiating. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery at Skidmore under the direction of Galloway Mortuary.

Active pallbearers were Frank Walek and Emerych Hanus, Skidmore, Milton Trlica, J.J. Doubrava, J. P. Nedbalek, Beeville; Clifton Trlica, Mathias; Richard Wilberger, Victoria and Joe Hurta, Westhoff.

Mrs. Trlica was born in Hallettsville February 18, 1882, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Cernota. She was married to Frank Trlica in Hallettsville November 23, 1913, the family residing at Yorktown until 1920 when they moved to Bee County and located near Skidmore.

She is survived by her husband Frank Trlica; one son Oscar F.Trlica , U.S. Army, and a daughter, Mrs. Leona Mae Lesikar of Skidmore; one brother Willie Cernota of Angelton, Three sisters, Mrs Joe Hurta, Westhoff; Mrs. Louis Anders, Inez and Mrs. Francis Trlica, Beeville.

Mrs. Trlica was a member of the Czech Moravian Brethren Church having joined in Robstown.
