Victoria Advocate January 29, 2002 He was born Sept. 8, 1928, in Dallas to the late Charles L. Sr. and Evelynn Shell Tucker. He was retired from Union Carbide, working as an operator. He was Presbyterian. He designed and built the Edna Golf Course and Hatch Bend Golf Course in Port Lavaca. He was an U.S. Marine Corps veteran. Survivors: wife, Mary Ann Pavlicek Tucker; daughter, Mary Lynn Quartaroli of Flagstaff, Ariz.; son, Charles Lee Tucker III of Los Angeles; brother, Erol C. Tucker of Victoria; and one grandchild.
