Funeral Mass for Olga Baca Uhyrek, 77, loving Mother and Grandmother, will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 29, 2003 at Holy Cross Catholic Church in East Bernard with interment following at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in East Bernard. Rev. Donald Ruppert will officiate the services.

Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. Monday, April 28, 2003 with a rosary being recited at 7 p.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church in East Bernard.

Olga was born July 5, 1925 in East Bernard, to Jim Kubena and Lillie Kanak Kubena. She passed away on April 26, 2003 in Rosenberg. She was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in East Bernard, and St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Beasley. She was also a member of the Catholic Daughters, Holy Cross Catholic Church.

She is preceded in death by her husbands; Leo V. Baca; and August d. Uhyrek; her parents, Jim and Lillie Kubena; and brother, Raymond Kubena.

She is survived by her sons and their wives; Leo and Judy Baca, and their children, Trevor, Jeremy, and Courtney, of Richardson; Jim and Sharon Baca, and their children, Brett, Derek, and Amanda, of Sugar Land; Larry and Debbie Baca, and their children, Meghan and Ryan, of Richmond. Her daughter and her partner; Helen Baca Dorsey and Edward A. Miller, and step children, Todd, Kirsten, Candace, Ryan, and Brandon Miller, of Ann Arbor, Mich.

Pallbearers are George Baca, Gary Bravanec, Leonard Uhyrek, Mike Leveridge, Joe Mike Crane, and Daniel Baca.
