He was born Sept. 15, 1914, in Hallettsville, to the late Willie "Bill" and Mary Konvicka Ulcak. He was a farmer and rancher. He was a member of St. Mary's Church. Survivors: sister, Gladys Motal of Seguin; and brother, Henry G. Ulcak of Hallettsville. Preceded in death by: parents; and one infant brother. Visitation will be 2:30 p.m. Friday at Kubena Funeral Home chapel. A rosary will be recited 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Church, the Rev.
