Victoria Advocate January 8, 2002 He was born June 27, 1936, in Victoria County, to the late Louis C. and Regina Albrecht Urban. He was a division sales manager at Sears. He was a Lutheran. Survivors: wife, Reba Adams Urban; daughters, Kellie Urban and Sandra Hones, both of Victoria; sons, Christopher Urban and David Urban, both of Victoria; sisters, Hattie Wehlman of Gonzales and Virginia Garber of Victoria; brother, Ewald F. Urban of Victoria; and eight grandchildren. Preceded in death by: parents; sister, Lois Urban Story Richen; and brother, Clyde Urban. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. tonight at Rosewood Funeral Chapels. Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home chapel, the Rev. David Hagan officiating. Burial with full military honors, under the auspices of Victoria Veterans Council, VFW, CWV, DAV, American Legion, Marine Corps League, the Military Order of the Purple Heart, Crossroads Ex-POWs and the Military Order of the World Wars, will be at Colettoville Cemetery.
