12/12/2002 Jim Yezak, age 53 of Houston Passed away Tuesday December 10, 2002.

He was born October 26, 1949 in Bremond, Texas the son of the late Ike and Maggie Yezak. After 30 years as a D.P.S. Trooper in the Houston area, he retired in January of this year. Jim was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and American Legion Post #560.

Survivors include his loving wife of 21 years Bonnie, one daughter Kelli, two sons, Ryan and Kyle, one sister, Helen Groholski and husband Elzie, two brothers, Melvin L. Yezak and wife Sharon, Ike Mike Yezak Jr. and wife Florence as well as many other relatives and friends and will be dearly missed by all.

Visitation will begin at 4:00 P.M. Thursday with a vigil service and rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. at Pat H. Foley & Co.. Funeral mass will be 10:00 a.m. Friday at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 3600 Brinkman. Interment will follow in St Mary's Cemetery in Bremond at 3:00 p.m. Friday.

In Lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Texas Heart Institute or a charity of your choice.
