Gina demonstrated remarkable strength and faith throughout her life. She was exceedingly loved, devoted, determined, strong and generous. Her greatest joy was giving of herself and loving those around her. She was happiest surrounded by family and friends. She is survived by her parents, George and Karimeh Zabak; her loving sister, Sandra; and devoted brothers, Donald and Peter. She also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and colleagues. Gina was born March 22, 1969 in Houston, attended Bellaire High School and graduated from the University of Houston. She worked at Dynegy and was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church. Gina lovingly and energetically cared for and gave back to those around her and her community by mentoring students, and volunteering with Junior Achievement, The United Way and The American Cancer Society. Her beautiful spirit, care for others and love for life are an inspiration to us all. The Family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on
