Agnes A. Zajicek, 95, of O'Fallon, IL died Aug. 4 in Swansea, IL. Funeral services for Mrs. Zajicek were held Aug. 8 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church and cemetery in Frelsburg.

Mrs. Zajicek was born Jan 20, 1903 in Frelsburg. She married Paul Zajicek in June, 1933. She was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church in O'Fallon and before moving to Illinois in 1985 she lived in Columbus and white Oak where she was a member of St. Theresa's Catholic Church.

Survivors include a son, Tom Zjicek and his wife Nita of O'Fallon, IL; two grandchildren, Paul Zajicek of Olmsed, IL and Renee Zajicek of Dayton, OH; a brother, Ewald Schmidt of Pisek.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Zajucek [this is spelling in print]; her parents, Thomas and Frances Schmidt; a grandson, Sydney Zakicek; one sister, Elizabeth Kollmann and three brothers, Paul, Richard, and Mickey Schmidt.

Henneke Funeral Home, Incl of Columbus was in charge of arrangements.
