She was born Sept. 4, 1913 in West, the daughter of Frank and Ruzenijka Schviky Moucka. She was reared in West, where her father was the editor of the Czech language newspaper. She moved to Ennis as a small child where she was a graduate of Ennis High School. She was married to C.J. Zaludek, who preceded her in death in 1963. A resident of the Austin area for over 30 years, she spent 15 years in the employment of the Internal Revenue Service in Austin. Her life was lived in accordance with the values of her heritage, an intense work ethic and a spirit of determination. She loved to travel and garden. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Ruzenijka Oliver of Austin; grandson, Jonathan Oliver of Austin; two sisters, Mrs. Alice Kopecky of West and Mrs. Dinah (Fritz) Nemecek of Austin; and numerous nieces and nephews, including Tricia Slovak and Doris Krajca of Ennis and Bobbie Clemons of Waxahachie. She was preceded in death by brothers, Eric and Frank Moucka. A private family service will be held in Myrtle Cemetery under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary. A memorial service is set for 1 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17 in the Chapel at Bethany Lutheran Church in Austin. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the hill Country
