Victoria Advocate September 17, 2002 She was born May 19, 1923, in El Campo, to the late Florian and Veronica Krenek Rucka. She was a retired Pre-school teacher for Methodist Child Care. She was a member of St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church and of the KJZT Society. Survivors: daughters, Connie Hlavaty, Lena Tupa and Cathy Hlavaty, all of El Campo; sisters, Molly Roznovsky and Julie Bartek, both of El Campo, nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by: husband, Charlie Zamazal; parents; and brothers, John Rucka, Louis Rucka and Joe Rucka. A parish wake service will be 7 p.m. tonight at Triska Funeral Home chapel. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church, the Revs. Kirby Hlavaty and Ty Bazar officiating. Burial will be at Holy Cross Memorial Park.
