Survivors include 3 sons, Donald Zavoda of Huntsville, John Zavoda, Jr of La Grange and David Zavoda of Odessa; daughter, Patricia Vojtush of Hanover, Pa; 2 sisters, Mary Polansky of Cleveland, Oh and Toni Malgrem of Leadville, Co.; brother, Lawrence Petelin of Brunswick, Oh; 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Funeral handled by Sergeant Memorial Funeral Home of La Grange.
