Marshall Patterson (Pat) Magill, born 1871 in Burnet, Texas; died 1938 in San Angelo,
Texas. He was the son of William Harrison Magill, who fought in the Battle of San Jacinto, was an early Texas Ranger and was one of three men appointed by the Republic of Texas legislature to form Burnet County. For many years, Pat Magill managed the Burnet County ranch of his widowed sister, Mrs. Josie Magill Garrett. Information furnished by his daughter, Lora Magill Fulton of New Braunfels, Texas. |
