Levinia was James' second wife; they were
married in Burnet in 1879. He had a son by the name of
Henry from a previous marriage who may have died
sometime around 1890.
In 1880 James and Levinia were living with her
stepfather, S. S. Bowmer, and her mother, in Burnet.
A son, Benjamin
Warden, was born in Burnet in 1881, who later
married Mattie Ann Walker
James had a 160 acre plot of land in Burnet.
