We have created a database which is listed below. It includes information we hav gathered from various sources. The sources we have used are: obits, engagement announcements, marriage announcements, birth announcements, cemetery listings, and courthouse records indicting if a birth, marriage or death certificate existed. We have the database listed below. It is also located at the main library in Port Lavaca, Texas and at the Victoria College Library in Victoria, Texas for anyone who wants to come and use the database. If you find family in the below database, you can contact the CCGS for copies of the material we have on your ancestor. We charge a nominal fee for copies and postage. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for copies. You may also send a request to the Calhoun County Library to our attention.
