Nancy Lee Black
Nancy Lee Black, 86, of Tega Cay, South Carolina died Monday, Nov. 4, 2002.
She was born in Port Lavaca on Nov. 10, 1915 to the late James Cyrus Estill and Lilah Carter Estill.
She was employed as a manager of Texaco Petroleum Corporation and retired at the age of 70. She was a member of the 4th Church of Christian Scientists in Houston. She was a graduate of Rice University, a former resident of Houston and is a member of the Calhoun County Farm Bureau.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Betty Rogers.
Survivors include a daughter, Lilah Murrer of North Carolina, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services were at 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8 at the Port Lavaca Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers were Jerry Murray, Dick Zabensky, Cy Rogers and Jack Rogers.
Memorials may be made to the 4th Church of Christian Scientists, Montrose Blvd., Houston, Tx.
