Cass County Civil War Pensioners Index

Cass County is invited to link to the Whitfield / Ross Texass Cavalry Brigade site
<
http://www.geocities.com/sixtxcavrgrcsa/>
to view data both on Companies F & K, of the 9th Texas Cavalry Regiment.
Of course some of the material used to build this new site came from many county sites.
It is intended this be a free history / genealogy site and will eventually include individual records,
company histories, regimental histories and the Texas Brigade to include all battle data that I can collect.
These two companies may have had only a few men from Cass or they may have all come from there.
If someone is interested and will let me know, I will include that data by their name.
Rosters are included. submitted by -- Bill Nolan oldgoat36@hctc.net

Dana's on-line database with her family and other Cass County Collected families.  I can not stress how important it is to check this database for your Cass County relatives.  Most of my personal census & cemetery work goes into this database.  Because some of the names in this database are compiled from these records... a female may be listed under her married name if her maiden name was not known.
