Cemetery Listing Disclaimer

As hard as we all try, we are human and sometimes when reading a cemetery, we miss a grave covered with leaves, fire ants, or bushes. Headstones sink and are often underground. Our area has many graves only marked with iron ore rocks or unmarked. The elements or vandalism destroyed many headstones over the years. They are hard if not impossible to read. If you know of a relative buried in one of these cemeteries and we do not have them listed, please let us know. We appreciate you letting us use the information you know about them. With the combined efforts of us all, we can make the Cass County TXGenWeb project better.

Dana's on-line database with her family and other Cass County Collected families.  I can not stress how important it is to check this database for your Cass County relatives.  Most of my personal census & cemetery work goes into this database.  Because some of the names in this database are compiled from these records... a female may be listed under her married name if her maiden name was not known.
