LEWISVILLE, Texas - Funeral services for Albert B. Davis, 72, of Lewisville, a Dallas Morning News carrier and distributor of 32 years, will be held at 3 p.m.

The Texas Flag in front of the Dallas Morning News Building will be flown at half staff Wednesday in honor of Albert B. Davis, an employee of The News, who died in Lewisville Monday.

Wednesday in the First Baptist Church of Lewisville. Burial will be in Furneaux Cemetery in Hebron, Denton County.
Davis died here Monday.
A native of Denton County, Davis lived most of his life in Lewisville. When he began his carrier route in 1939, the delivery area included rural sectors around Lewisville. In 1942 he began distribution in the Lewisville city limits, and in the last few years he confined his distribution to the city. Four routes now blanket an area that Davis once served with only one route.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lewisville
