U.S.Flag Services for Charles E. Millican, 72, of Floydada were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 2, 1992 in Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. Hollis Payne, pastor of Vigo Park Baptist Church, officiating.

Burial was in Cone Cemetery in Cone under direction of Moore-Rose-White Funeral Home.

Millican died Friday, Nov. 27, 1992, in Amarillo Veterans Administration Hospital after an illness.

He was born in Cone and was caretaker of the Cone and Carrs Chapel Cemeteries. He married Mary Hendricks Hargiss on Aug. 16, 1982 in Floydada. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife; a brother, Joe A. of Amarillo; and two sisters, Juanita Brownlow of Amarillo and Laverne Pierce of Baird.
