Ormon Fowler

U.S.Flag Services for Ormon C. Fowler, 85, of Crosbyton were held at 2:00 PM, Thursday April 22, 2004 at the Crosbyton Church of Christ with Terry Ellison officiating. Burial was in Crosbyton Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.

He died Sunday, April 18, 2004 at Crosbyton Hospital.

He was born on February 27, 1919 in Lubbock, TX to Orrie and Ethel Patterson Fowler. On December 24, 1946 he married Zella Jo Kindle in Westville, OK. She preceded him in death on January 4, 2004.

He was a farmer and a member of the Crosbyton Church of Christ. Ormon moved to Crosby County in 1960 from Hobbs, NM. He served in the US Army during WWII

Survivors include three sons, Roland of Lubbock, Gerald of Idalou and David of Plainview, a daughter, Debra Riley of Crosbyton, a brother Elvis of Prague, OK and nine grandchildren.
