Memorial services for Reva Luster, 89, of Ralls were at 3:30 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 2, 2003, at Emma Church of Christ with Minister James Luster officiating.
Burial was in Emma Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
She died Thursday, Jan. 30, 2003, at Lubbock.
She was born Nov. 11, 1913, in Ralls.
She married Hubert William Luster on Dec. 22, 1932, in Tucumcari, NM. He died Oct. 20, 1978.
She was a member of the Cone Church of Christ. She was a nurse's aide and was a volunteer at the Ralls Nursing Home. She moved to the Ralls area in 1978 from Ranger, TX.
She is preceded in death by a son, Hubert Luster, Jr. in 1935; by a sister, Lurana McCuskey in 1998 and by a grandson, Mitchell Ray Leavingston in 1995.
Survivors include two sons, Hulan Wesley Luster of Abilene and Johnny Luster of Buffalo Gap, TX; four daughters, Treasa Fern Faber of Ralls, Neva Lee Levingston of Oklahoma City, OK, Ethel Maude Dodson of Lubbock, and Huberta Kayrene Knoll of Phoenix, AZ; one brother Johnathan Silvanus Beddingfield of Lodi, CA; two sisters, Dorothy Sage of Yakima, WA, and Sylvia Fox of Globe, AZ; 25 grandchildren; 50 great grandchildren and 14 great great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were her grandchildren.
