Services for Joyce Hamrick, 63, of Seminole were held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6, 1994, at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel in Lubbock with the Rev. Jack Watkins of Temple Baptist Church in Odessa officiating.

Graveside services were at noon at Lorenzo Cemetery under the direction of Resthaven Funeral Home.

Mrs. Hamrick died Sunday, Sept. 4, 1994, at St. Mary Hospital.

She was born Feb. 3, 1931, in Freestone and was a resident of Seminole for the past eight years. She was a former resident of Carlsbad, N.M., and a member of Second Baptist Church in Odessa.

She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Lee Ann Huckabee, in 1979.

Survivors include two sons, Robert Hamrick of Odessa and Leslie Hamrick of Seminole; two daughters, Brenda Read of Dallas and Barbara Huckabee of Lubbock; three brothers, Wade Bottoms of Teague, John Willis Bottoms of Poth and David Bottoms of Amarillo; two sisters Dora Mae Barnett of Hereford and Bettie Sims of Seminole; and five grandchildren.
